The business and the problem

C&N Window Cleaning cleans windows, gutters and home exteriors across Durham Region, from Oshawa, Whitby and Ajax to Pickering and Bowmanville. It also does deck staining, pressure washing and commercial work.

Home service companies live or die on local search. When someone in Whitby types window cleaning near me, the businesses on page one get the calls. C&N needed a site Google would trust for those searches, and one that turns a visitor into a quote request.

What Rocks Media built

Rocks Media designed and built C&N a custom site set up for local search from day one.

• Service pages for window cleaning, gutters, pressure washing, deck staining and commercial work
• A Where We Work page listing every town they serve
• Contact form with a service picker, plus click-to-call
• Gallery sorted by service, with before and after photos
• Testimonials page and a seasonal protection plan page

Each service has its own page, so Google can match each one to the right search instead of guessing from a single homepage. The service area page names the towns C&N actually covers. The black and gold design stands out in a category full of stock-photo templates. The site carries a Rocks Media credit in the footer.

Design decisions

C&N sells more than one-off cleans. The site includes the B.E.A.R. Seasonal Protection Plan for recurring work and a set of service bundles, like Full Home and Exterior Revival, that make it easy for a homeowner to book several services at once. That turns a single window job into a bigger ticket.

Commercial cleaning has its own page because business clients search differently and expect different details than homeowners. The service area page names more than twenty towns, from Oshawa and Whitby to Port Hope and Cobourg, which is a big part of why C&N shows up across the region.
